One of my favorite color combo is white and blue. It’s such a refreshing combination especially when you can hardly stand the heat wave. Last week I paired this white off-the-shoulder top with one of my wardrobe staples, a royal blue ribbed knit mini skirt. The top itself is tunic length, which goes perfect with some skinny jeans or denim cut-offs. With this outfit however, I tucked it in the skirt to create a more defined waistline and more balanced look.
